Terms and Conditions
By booking a service with Zentara Group, you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment & Booking Confirmation
All sessions require full payment at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice using the link in your confirmation email.
For paid sessions:
• 24+ hours’ notice: Full refund or credit toward rescheduling
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund; one-time reschedule permitted within 30 days
• No-show: Session is forfeited and non-refundable
For complimentary sessions:
Cancellations with less than 4 hours’ notice may limit access to future complimentary consultations.
3. Scope of Services & Professional Disclaimer
Zentara Group provides strategic advisory and operational guidance. We do not provide legal, medical, accounting, tax, or insurance underwriting advice. Our services are consultative. You acknowledge that you are the final decision-maker for your business and are responsible for verifying all regulatory, legal, and clinical requirements with the appropriate licensed professionals.
4. No Guarantees
While sessions are designed to provide clarity and strategic direction, outcomes depend on numerous external factors including market conditions, regulatory processes, and implementation decisions. No specific results or financial outcomes are guaranteed.
5. Confidentiality
All client information shared during sessions will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing advisory services. Zentara Group does not share client information without consent, except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentara Group’s total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the Client for the specific session giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Zentara Group be liable for lost profits, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Technology & Virtual Sessions
Clients are responsible for ensuring stable internet connectivity and access to the designated video platform. Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation in Clark County, Nevada. If mediation fails, the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
9. Intellectual Property Any templates, worksheets, or proprietary materials provided during sessions are for your internal business use only and may not be resold or distributed to third parties without written consent.
Privacy Policy

Zentara Group (“Zentara,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding the information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information in connection with our website, advisory services, credentialing support, and booking platform.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to you ("Personal Information").
A. Information You Provide Directly: Name, email, phone number, organization/practice name, professional role/specialty, intake responses, and uploaded documents (e.g., provider enrollment files, contracts).
B. Payment Data: Processed via secure third parties (Stripe/Wix). We do not store raw financial credentials.
C. Automatically Collected Information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage analytics via cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide services, process payments, communicate updates, and comply with legal obligations. Zentara does not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Nevada Privacy Rights (NRS 603A)
Nevada law requires us to provide a designated request address where you may submit a request directing us not to sell certain kinds of personal information we have collected or will collect about you. Zentara does not currently sell your personal information. If you would like to register a request to opt-out of any future sale of your information, please contact us at admin@zentaragroupconsulting.com.
4. Professional & Healthcare Data Disclaimer (HIPAA)
Zentara Group provides strategic advisory and operational guidance. We are not a "Covered Entity" as defined by HIPAA. Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring that any documents uploaded do not contain Protected Health Information (PHI) unless a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is in place.
Sensitive PII: We treat professional credentials (NPI, DEA, etc.) with high-level administrative and technical safeguards.
5. Sharing of Information
We share information with third-party service providers (e.g., Wix, Stripe, Google Workspace) only as necessary to perform functions on our behalf. These providers are prohibited from using your info for any other purpose. We may also disclose info if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
6. Children’s Privacy
Our services are directed to professionals and are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
7. Data Security & Retention
We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or to meet legal/tax requirements.
8. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, please contact us at the email below.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. To ensure availability and fairness for all clients, please review the following:
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours notice.
Requests made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to limited availability and may require rebooking at a later date.

Cancellations
Free Sessions (Introductory Calls)
Cancellations are accepted up to 4 hours before the scheduled time. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted access to future complimentary sessions.
Paid Sessions

24+ Hours Notice: Full refund or account credit.

Less than 24 Hours Notice: No refund will be issued. A one-time courtesy reschedule is permitted, provided the new session occurs within 30 days of the original date. If not rebooked within 30 days, all fees are forfeited.

No-Show: Session is forfeited and non-refundable. By booking, you agree that these terms constitute a fair liquidated damages estimate and agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback for forfeited sessions.
Late Arrival Sessions begin and end promptly. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late are considered a "No-Show" at the consultant's discretion. If the session proceeds, it will not be extended past the original end time.
No-Show Policy
A “no-show” is defined as failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice.
Paid Sessions
No-shows are non-refundable and the session is forfeited. Rebooking will require payment of a new session fee.
Complimentary Sessions
One courtesy reschedule may be offered at our discretion. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted access to future complimentary sessions.
Emergency Exceptions
We understand genuine emergencies occur. Medical emergencies or significant family circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact admin@zentaragroupconsulting.com as soon as possible.
Provider Cancellations
In the rare event we must reschedule, you will receive advance notice and priority rebooking. If cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours notice, you will be offered a complimentary 30-minute consultation in addition to rescheduling.
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
