Service Description
A live monthly group session where Zentara AI Governance clients bring their real compliance questions and get direct answers. No slides, no agenda, no fluff. Just focused, practitioner-level conversation about what is actually happening inside healthcare practices right now and how to navigate it correctly. This session is open to Online Staff AI Compliance Training clients within their 90-day access window and all active Ongoing Oversight members. Spots are limited to keep the conversation focused and every question relevant to the room. Bring your tool questions, your policy gaps, your staff scenarios, your regulatory concerns, or anything that came up since the last session that you did not have an answer for. If you want to submit a question in advance, reply to your confirmation email before the session date. Held the first Wednesday of every month. Register early as spots fill on a first come first served basis.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Agreement: By booking a session, you agree to the Zentara Group Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy. • Paid Sessions: Rescheduling requires 24+ hours notice for a one-time credit (valid for 30 days).
